Meet our cow — She's a beauty! We call her 'neni' which means 'baby' in Chamorro (our island's native language). Neni has been with us from the beginning (est. 2010), and you'll find her image on our t-shirts and other fun merchandise from time to time. Our official 'retail' logo (shown top-left of this page) contains the captial "D" (with the horns), this is our 'brand' icon. Farmers often brand their cattles with their family 'crest' and so it is in this tradition that we brand our quality steaks with our island famous horned-D!
Delmonico (Kitchen & Bar), derives its name from the 'best' cut (in our opinion) of the beef - the Delmonico 'ribeye' and we highly recommend to first-time visitors to order the 'Delmonico 86 Ribeye'. It's prepared as close as possible to how the original Delmonico restaurant (1827) in New York City prepared their signature dish. It is a tribute from us to that great establishment which inspired the name of our restaurant.
